Jump forward 9 years and here we are, with Far Cry 6® on the horizon (to be released on the 7th of October 2021) and more music to be discovered. The company went so far as to create both the Rocksmith and Just Dance franchises, which have enchanted music lovers around the world.

Take Far Cry® 3: Blood Dragon, for instance, with its retro-inspired synthwave soundtrack that melded the sci-fi and action world seamlessly.

Few know it better than the major game developers Ubisoft who have truly embraced the deeply cinematic soundscapes. Because obviously the music option isnt working and even with the master at 20 its still loud as ♥♥♥♥.What is it that makes a game great? Is it the gameplay, the truly immersive storyline or the small side quests and Easter eggs? Perhaps it’s all of the above but it’s difficult to deny the true importance of an epic soundtrack to accompany the game. This why why all games these days should have a master, dialogue, music, cinematic and fx(Ie guns, explosions, etc) slider. If there isnt a in game fix does anyone know where the file that controls the options are just so I can make sure me having the option for the music being off is registering?įound the options and it is off there as well. Is anyone else having an issue with the music not turning off? I'm on the latest patch and doing a lets play and even with the master volume set to the option before its muted its still loud and I can barley hear my commentary. Even with it off music still plays in the menu, in cars, at random scripted moments etc tbh I copied my save to another folder and played the 1st 4 hours or so of the game with the music off and then restarted and did it again with the music on and tbh it made no difference that I could notice. IMO the lack of control over the audio levels are almost ruining my experience with the game and to make it worse the music on/off option does not work.
